AndrOpen Office doesn't create an account within the app but accesses accounts via OAuth.

How to delete the linked app by OAuth

You can request to delete the linked app by following the steps or URLs:

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/account and log into your account.
Click on the Privacy tab at the top of the page and scroll down to the More privacy settings section.
Click on View app access details in the Apps and services box.
Click Edit below an app you want to remove.
Select Remove these permissions.

Go to https://app.box.com/account/security and log into your account.
Go to the Login Activity section
Find the app you want to remove, and click the X button in the Forget App column.
